Oranges With Caramel Sauce And Pistachios - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup brown sugar
    5 None 4 oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds, 1 juiced
    1 tbsp orange blossom water
    None None chopped unsalted pistachios, to garnish
    None None sorbet, to serve
Preparation
    For the sauce, stir the sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil and cook, without stirring, over medium heat 10 mins until golden and syrupy. Remove from heat and, when the bubbles subside, carefully pour in the fresh orange juice and orange blossom water. Stir until smooth.
    To assemble, place the orange slices on a plate, sprinkle with pistachios and top with sauce. Finish with a scoop of sorbet.
