Basic Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
    3 2/3 cups flour
    2 cups rye flour
    1 tbsp salt
    2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over 1 2/3 cups lukewarm water and let stand 15 mins. Mix the flours, salt and yeast mixer in mixer bowl. Add the oil and knead with the dough hook of the mixer, then with your hands, to a soft dough. Place in a large, clean bowl and cover with a clean tea towel. Let stand in a warm place for 2 hours.
    Grease a 12 x 4-inch loaf pan and sprinkle with flour. Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and knead again with your hands. Shape into a 12-inch long strand and press gently into the prepared pan. Cover and let stand in a warm place for 1 hour.
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Bake for 35-40 mins, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
