Mango And White Chocolate Puddings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped
    1 cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 tsp sugar
    8 oz white chocolate, broken into pieces
Preparation
    Blend or process 1/2 the mango until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Fold in the yogurt.
    Beat cream and sugar in a small bowl with an electric mixer until firm peaks form. Fold into mango mixture.
    Divide 1/2 the remaining mango among 4 dessert glasses. Top with 1/2 the yogurt mixture and the chocolate. Finish with the remaining yogurt mixture and mango.
