Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None tomatoes, cut into chunks
    1 None cucumber, quartered lengthwise, thickly sliced
    2 None celery stalks, thinly sliced diagonally
    2 tbsp baby capers, rinsed and drained
    2 None green onions, sliced
    3 cans (6 oz each) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
    1 None lemon, peel finely grated and lemon juiced
    1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    None None Toasted pita bread, to serve
Preparation
    Place tomatoes, cucumber, celery, capers and green onions in a serving bowl. Add tuna, parsley and mint.
    Whisk lemon peel and juice, oil and garlic in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad. Toss well. Serve with toasted pita bread.
