Apricot Pistachio Palmiers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    270 g ready rolled sweet puff pastry
    150 g apricot jam
    50 g pistachio nuts, chopped
    50 g white chocolate
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Unroll the puff pastry, spread with the jam and sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Roll each of the shorter sides into the middle, then cut into 1/2 inch slices.
    Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes, until puffed and golden. Remove and allow to cool on baking sheet.
    Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the palmiers. Refrigerate until chocolate has set.
