Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 packet pizza base mix
    4 medium eggs
    200 g sour cream
    2 tbsp oil
    50 g bacon, sliced
    250 g onion, chopped
    1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced
    300 g cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 450\u00b0F. Grease a 9 1/2 inch pie dish. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon for about 4 mins until crispy. Add the onions and saute for 2-3 mins then add the spring onions, cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove from the heat, season and set aside.
    Roll out the pizza dough and use to line the prepared pie dish. Fill with the tomato mixture then mix the eggs and sour cream, season and add to the pie dish. Bake on the bottom rack of the oven for about 10 mins. Cover with foil then return to the oven to finish cooking for 5-10 mins.
