Mars Bar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, at room temperature, chopped
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    3 (2 oz) Mars bars, chopped
    1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
    2 None large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    3/4 cup ground almonds
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3 oz milk chocolate, melted
    None None heavy cream and berries, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 6-cup Texas muffin pan.
    Combine butter and sugar in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat for 1-2 mins, until melted. Remove from heat. Add 2 1/2 Mars bars and cocoa powder, stirring until combined. Let cool slightly then whisk in eggs. Fold in flour, ground almonds and vanilla until just combined. Distribute between muffin recesses and top with remaining Mars bar. Bake for 20-25 mins, until center is just firm. Let cool in pan for 10 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Drizzle cakes with melted chocolate. Serve warm with heavy cream and berries.
