Individual Apple And Plum Crumbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz slightly stale white bread, shredded
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 lb plums, halved and pitted
    2 None medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    2 tbsp granulated sugar
    1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
    3 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the stale bread. Bake for 10-12 mins, until crisp, turning occasionally so it browns evenly on all sides. Transfer the bread to a bowl and toss with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Reduce the oven to 300\u00b0F. Mix the plums, apples and granulated sugar then set aside. Divide 1/3 of the bread mixture between 4 - 4 inch ramekins. Top with 1/2 the fruit, then 1/3 of the bread, then the remaining fruit. Stir the hazelnuts and melted butter into the remaining bread mixture then sprinkle over the top of the fruit. Bake for 30-40 mins, until the crumble is crisp and golden.
