Mixed Asian Greens In Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    2 None long red chili peppers, thinly sliced
    1 bunch broccolini, trimmed and cut into 2-inch lengths
    1 bunch choy sum, trimmed and cut into 2-inch lengths
    10 None oyster mushrooms, sliced
    6 None green onions, sliced
    1/4 cup oyster sauce
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high heat. Stir-fry garlic and chili pepper for 1 min.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry for 1-2 mins, or until leaves begin to wilt.
    Add oyster and soy sauces; stir-fry for 1-2 mins until tender. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
