Ham With Avocado And Mango Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large avocado, seeded, peeled, cubed
    1 None large mango, seeded, peeled, cubed
    2 None spring onions, finely sliced
    1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    1 None lime, juiced, plus extra wedges to serve
    1 lb leg ham off the bone, thickly sliced
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine avocado, mango, onion, sweet chili sauce, oil and lime juice. Season to taste and toss gently.
    Top ham slices with salsa and serve with lime wedges.
