Creamy Horseradish Salmon Crostini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4-5 tbsp olive oil
    16 slices baguette
    1/2 lb cream cheese
    1 tsp horseradish
    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 2/3 cups baby spinach, 2/3 cup finely chopped
    8.75 oz smoked salmon
    1 None lime, zested
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan, add bread and toast in batches for 1-2 mins per side. Set aside.
    Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, horseradish, mustard and lemon juice. Fold in chopped spinach and season.
    To serve, spread cream cheese mixture over crostini then top with remaining spinach leaves, smoked salmon and lime zest.
