Chicken With Chicken With Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp butter
    12 None chicken tenders
    1 None lemon, peel grated and lemon juiced
    1/4 cup capers
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Cook chicken in batches for 3-5 mins, turning once, until golden. Remove and keep warm.
    Add 1/2 cup water and lemon peel and juice to the pan, scraping browned bits from bottom of pan. Cook until mixture has reduced by half. Stir in capers and parsley.
    Return chicken to pan and cook for 1-2 mins, until heated through. Season to taste. Serve.
