Duck Salad With Orange And Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None Chinese barbecued duck, bones removed, sliced
3 None oranges, segmented
1 None small red onion, halved, sliced
1 None small cucumber, halved, seeded, sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves
1/4 None Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup peanuts, toasted
1 None long red chili, thinly sliced
None None Orange Dressing
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Preparation

Toss duck with remaining ingredients.
To make the orange dressing, whisk together all ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss to combine. Serve.
