Rhubarb And Banana Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lbs rhubarb (trimmed weight), chopped
    6 oz bananas (peeled weight), peeled and chopped
    2 1/2 cups sugar
    1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring. Cook over high heat for 4 mins.
    Spoon into 4 sterilized 1 cup jars, screw on the lids immediately and allow to stand upside down for 5 mins. Turn over and allow to cool completely.
