Barbecue Spare Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None lime, juiced
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    100 ml tomato ketchup
    50 ml maple syrup
    5 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1-2 tbsp mustard
    2 pinches ground allspice
    2-3 tbsp oil
    1.2 kg spare ribs
    600 g frozen chips
    1 litre oil, for frying
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    To make the barbecue marinade, bring lime juice, garlic, Worcestershire, ketchup, maple syrup, soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard, allspice and oil to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins, stirring.
    Place ribs in a baking dish. Cover with 1/2 the marinade. Bake for 30 mins. Pour remaining marinade over top and bake for another 30-40 mins.
