Spicy Thai Style Pork With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp peanut oil
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 oz Thai red curry paste
    1 lb ground pork
    3 None tomatoes, chopped finely
    2 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp lime juice
    3 tsp brown sugar
    1 oz fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add curry paste to wok and stir-fry 30 seconds. Add pork and stir-fry until color changes. Stir in tomato, fish sauce, lime juice and sugar and stir-fry until well coated. Sprinkle with cilantro to serve.
