Halloween Skeleton Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    175 g butter, softened
    150 g caster sugar
    1 tsp vanilla essence
    4 medium eggs
    50 ml semi skimmed milk
    225 g plain flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    150 g dark chocolate, chopped into small bits
    3 None liquorice laces
    150 g icing sugar
    3 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, followed by the milk. Fold in the flour, baking powder and chopped chocolate then distribute the batter evenly between muffin liners. Bake for about 20 mins. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
    Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice and stir until smooth. Spread about 1 tbsp icing onto each cupcake and decorate with the licorice pieces. Allow the icing to set for about 1 hour before serving.
