Brussel Sprout Soup With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 kg Brussels sprouts
    500 g carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
    800 g potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
    500 g ham, diced
    2 litres vegetable stock
    1 pinch grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut a cross in the base of each Brussel sprout. Bring the vegetable stock to a boil in a saucepan. Add the sprouts, carrots, potatoes and ham and cook for 20 mins. Season to taste and add the nutmeg.
