Honey And Garlic Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup red wine
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 1/3 lbs boneless lamb loin
    None None Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Preparation
    Combine wine, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mint and garlic in a medium bowl. Place lamb in a dish and pour marinade over. Toss to coat. Cover tightly with plastic wrap for 3 hours or overnight.
    Preheat a grill pan on medium-high heat. Cook lamb for 10 mins each side, or until cooked to desired doneness. Cover and rest in a warm place for 10 mins. Slice and serve with salad leaves.
