Meatball Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz fusilli pasta
    6 oz sausage meat
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/4 cup green pesto
    4 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 small red pepper, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
    Meanwhile, divide the sausage meat into 6 pieces and roll into balls. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 5 mins, or until brown and cooked through
    Toss the pasta with the pesto. Add the meatballs, tomatoes and pepper; toss to combine.
