Creamy Guacamole With Tortilla Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None large ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, roughly chopped
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 None tomatoes, roughly chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp ground paprika, plus extra to dust
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
    None None vegetable oil, for frying
    6 None large flour tortillas, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Combine avocado and lemon juice in a bowl. Mash well. Add tomatoes, garlic, paprika and onions. Season. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and chill until required.
    Pour 1/2 inch oil into a deep frying pan. Working in batches, fry tortilla wedges for 1 min, until puffed and golden. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sea salt and paprika. Serve with guacamole.
