Tuna And Salmon And Cream Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb can tuna, drained
    1/2 None onion, finely diced
    4 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tsp lemon juice
    12 None white bread slices
    12 None whole wheat bread slices
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 None cucumber, sliced
    1 None red pepper, deseeded and diced
    3 tbsp parsley leaves
    1 None radicchio lettuce, chopped
    1/2 lb cream cheese
    1 lb smoked salmon
Preparation
    Beat the tuna, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice together and season. Spread the mixture over 3 white and 3 whole wheat pieces of bread, add tomato, cucumber, red pepper, parsley and radicchio.
    Spread the cream cheese on 6 remaining pieces of bread and divide the smoked salmon between them. Place the two sandwich halves together. Remove the crusts of the sandwiches, if desired, and slice before serving.
