Chocolate-Macadamia Fudge Bars - cooking recipe

1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted + 2 tbsp
1/2 cup self-rising flour, sifted
1/3 cup macadamia nuts, chopped + extra, toasted, to decorate
8.75 oz dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup butter, chopped + 2 1/2 tbsp
1 cup granulated sugar
4.25 oz white chocolate, chopped
2 None eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 7 x 11 inch rimmed baking tray. Combine flour and nuts. Melt dark chocolate with 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat and add sugar, white chocolate, eggs and sour cream. Add to flour mixture then transfer to prepared pan and smooth top. Bake for around 25-30 mins. Allow to cool in pan.
To make icing, sift together powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Add remaining butter and 1 tbsp water. Beat until smooth, adding a little more water as required. Spread over chocolate cake and decorate with reserved chopped nuts. Cut into squares to serve.
