Plum Tarts With Honey Mascarpone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None refrigerated pie crusts
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    6 None plums, pitted and sliced
    3 tbsp cold butter, chopped
    None None FOR THE HONEY MASCARPONE
    1 tub (8 oz) mascarpone cheese
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tsp mixed spice, such as pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a baking pan. Cut four 5-inch rounds from pie crusts. Place on prepared pan. Fold over a 1/4-inch border around each edge, pressing firmly with a fork to seal.
    Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle half evenly over pastry rounds. Arrange plum slices over each round. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture and dot with butter.
    Bake for 10 mins. Reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0F. Bake for 15-20 mins, until mixture bubbles and begins to caramelize. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
    For the honey mascarpone, whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl. Spoon a dollop onto each tart to serve.
