Iceberg Salad With Parmesan And Crispy Prosciutto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup light sour cream
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    7 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
    1 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
    1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    For the dressing, whisk sour cream, lemon juice, mustard and garlic in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Preheat the broiler. Place prosciutto in a single layer on baking pan. Broil for 2-3 mins until crisp.
    Toss lettuce, Parmesan cheese and prosciutto in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss well.
