Strawberry Lemon Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    750 g strawberries, hulled and halved
    100 ml lemon juice
    2 tbsp caster sugar
    1.5 litres mineral water, lemonade or Champagne
    None None edible flowers, to decorate
Preparation
    Toss strawberries with lemon juice and sugar. Set aside to macerate for 1 hour.
    Transfer to a punch bowl filled with ice. Top with mineral water and decorate with edible flowers.
