Grilled Corn With Cumin And Cilantro Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ears corn
    3 tbsp butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 None lime, peel grated
    2 tsp sea salt
    2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
    None None Lime wedges, for serving
Preparation
    Preheat the grill to medium. Remove the husks and silks from the corn. Plunge the corn into a saucepan of gently boiling water and cook for 5-6 mins. Drain.
    Melt the butter in a large, shallow dish. Add the garlic, lime peel, sea salt, cilantro and cumin. Roll the corn in the seasoned butter.
    Grill the corn until slightly charred. Dust the cobs with smoked paprika, if desired, and serve with lime wedges.
