Drunken Strawberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur
1/3 cup sugar
None None Finely grated zest and juice of 1 orange
1 lb strawberries, hulled, and sliced
1 cup thick vanilla-honey yogurt
12 None slices almond bread or thin biscotti
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine Cointreau, sugar and orange zest and juice. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Add strawberries and set aside for at least 20 mins to marinate.
Arrange strawberries, yogurt and almond bread in separate bowls. Drizzle yogurt with some of the strawberry syrup. Allow guests to serve themselves.
