Greek-Style Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None large head Romaine lettuce, shredded
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
6 None green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pitted green olives, thinly sliced
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation

Toss lettuce, chicken, onions, olives and dill in a large serving bowl.
Whisk oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season to taste.
Just before serving, add the dressing to the salad and toss gently to combine.
