Cauliflower With Garlic, Chili And Anchovies - cooking recipe

4 1/2 lb cauliflower, cut into small florets
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 None fresh long red chilies, seeded, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 None drained anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 None lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation

Boil, steam or microwave cauliflower until almost tender. Drain.
Heat oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Cook chilies, garlic and anchovy fillets, stirring, until fragrant. Add cauliflower and cook, stirring, until hot. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Season to taste. Serve with lemon wedges.
