Buffalo Mozzarella, Fig And Prosciutto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None medium balls buffalo mozzarella
    4 None figs
    1 head Belgian endive, leaves separated
    12 slices prosciutto
    2 cups arugula leaves
    None None Extra-virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar, crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Cut each mozzarella ball into six slices. Slice figs lengthwise.
    To serve, place 3 endive leaves on each plate. Top with mozzarella, fig, prosciutto, arugula and more endive.
    Dress salad with extra-virgin olive oil and a splash of sherry vinegar. Serve with crusty bread and extra-virgin olive oil the side.
