Halloumi And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz halloumi cheese, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    4 medium zucchini, thickly sliced
    1 None red pepper, seeded and thickly sliced
    8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/3 cup jarred tomato pasta sauce
    None None Fresh basil leaves, finely sliced, for garnish
Preparation
    Heat an oiled wok on medium heat. Stir-fry cheese in batches until browned. Remove from wok.
    Reheat wok and stir-fry zucchini, pepper and cherry tomatoes until tender.
    Return cheese to wok with pasta sauce. Stir-fry until heated through. Season to taste. Sprinkle with basil.
