Baked Eggs With Salmon And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5.25 oz hot smoked salmon, skin removed, flaked
    2 oz baby spinach
    2 None spring onions, finely sliced
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    4 None eggs
    1.5 oz cheese, grated
    None None crusty bread, to serve
    None None salad, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease 4 - 8 oz ramekins. Place on a baking tray. Divide smoked salmon, spinach and onions between ramekins. Add cream. Season. Break an egg into each ramekin. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 12-15 mins, until egg whites are just set. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
