Chinese Wontons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz ground pork
1/4 cup finely chopped canned water chestnuts
2 tbsp sesame, ginger and soy marinade and sauce, plus additional, to serve
3 None green onions, finely chopped
    30 None round wonton wrappers
Preparation
Combine the ground pork, water chestnuts, sauce and onion in a medium bowl. Using a fork, mash together until well combined.
Lightly brush the edges of each wrapper with water. Spoon 2 tsp of the pork mixture onto one half of each wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and press the edges together, expelling the air pockets, to seal. Fold and pinch the edges together to form a pleat. Stand the wontons upright, lightly pressing down to form a flat base. Transfer to a parchment paper-lined tray.
Place a large bamboo steamer over a saucepan of boiling water. Cook the wontons in a single layer, in 2 batches, covered, for 8-10 mins or until cooked. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve with additional sauce for dipping.
