Cherry Tomatoes With Herbed Goat Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10.5 oz soft goat cheese
    3.5 oz ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, cilantro and dill
    24 None cherry tomatoes, tops sliced off and reserved, seeds and pulp removed
Preparation
    In a food processor, puree goat cheese, ricotta and sour cream until smooth. Season. Add chopped fresh herbs.
    Fill tomato cavities with cheese mixture. Replace tops and arrange on a platter to serve.
