Garden Salad With Iceberg Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into wedges
    3.5 oz shaved ham, shredded
    3 oz grated Parmesan cheese, or other similar cheese
    1 bunch radishes, julienned
    4 oz frozen peas, blanched
    3 None large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    None None Mustard Dressing
    2 tbsp mayonnaise
    2 tbsp light sour cream
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Arrange lettuce wedges around the edge of a large serving platter. Toss ham and cheese together then pile in the center of the platter. Top with radishes, peas and chopped eggs.
    For the mustard dressing, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over lettuce wedges. Serve immediately.
