Pork Chops With Potatoes And Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes
1 None onion, peeled and chopped
400 g baby spinach leaves
4 x 175 g pork chops
4 None slices herb butter
Preparation

Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the potatoes and cook, turning, for 12-15 mins. Season to taste.
Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a saucepan, add the onion and saute, stirring, for 2 mins. Add the spinach and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 mins. Season to taste.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Add the pork and cook, turning once, for 7 mins or until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Season to taste, transfer to serving plates and top each with a slice of the herb butter. Serve with the potatoes and spinach.
