Meringue Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None egg whites
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp vinegar
    None None Chocolate mousse, to fill
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 250\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    Beat egg whites in a large, clean bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form (do not over-beat). Gradually add sugar, beating until dissolved and glossy. Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Spoon or pipe mounds of mixture onto prepared pan.
    Bake 1 hour. Turn off oven. Leave to cool with oven door ajar. Once cool, sandwich together with mousse.
