Honey Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp oil
    1 None red pepper, seeded, sliced
    12.5 oz raw shrimp, peeled, deveined
    1 (15 oz) can pineapple pieces, drained, 1/4 cup juice reserved
    1 None tomato, diced
    1/2 cup honey
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    3 None green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry pepper for 1 min. Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 mins. Stir in pineapple, pineapple juice, tomato, honey and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring. Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
