Herbed Shrimp Skewers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 None jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp finely grated lemon peel
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp caraway seeds
Preparation

Preheat the broiler or grill. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a large bowl. Add shrimp; turn to coat well. Thread shrimp, tail-end first, onto skewers.
Broil or grill shrimp for 5 mins, or until changed in color.
