Broccoli Cheddar Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz broccoli florets, thinly sliced
    4 oz coarsely grated Cheddar cheese
    7 None large eggs
    1/3 cup heavy cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease an 8x12 inch rimmed baking pan and line base and sides with parchment paper.
    Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water until bright green, around 30 seconds. Drain.
    Layer broccoli and cheese in prepared pan. Whisk together eggs and cream then pour into pan. Bake for 25 mins, or until just set. Let cool for 5 mins then cut into squares to serve.
