Sweet And Sour Balti Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup tomato paste
    2 tbsp Greek-style yogurt
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tbsp mango chutney
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp sugar
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 2/3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    2 tbsp sour cream
    2 tbsp cilantro leaves, to serve
    None None Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Preparation
    Combine tomato paste, yogurt, garam masala, cayenne pepper, garlic, mango chutney, salt and sugar in a bowl. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-low heat. Cook tomato mixture, stirring, for 2 mins, until slightly thickened.
    Add chicken and stir until well coated. Add 2/3 cup water and simmer for 15 mins, until chicken is cooked through.
    Stir in sour cream and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with jasmine rice.
