Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz baby spinach (around 8 cups)
    1 cup green grapes, halved
    8 oz cooked baby beets, quartered
    1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
    1 None small red onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine spinach, grapes, beets, blue cheese and red onion. Whisk together olive oil, orange juice, vinegar and honey. Season then drizzle over salad and toss to combine. Sprinkle with toasted nuts.
