Lemon Pepper Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cups butter
    1 None lemon, zest and 2 tbsp juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Process until fully combined. Place on a piece of parchment paper and shape into a cylinder. Twist the edges and chill for at least one hour or until needed.
    Tip: This tastes delicious with fish, lamb or vegetables.
