Herb And Chili Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 cups butter, softened
    1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 None lemon, grated zest
    1 None red chili, seeded and finely diced
    1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon butter onto parchment paper and roll into a thick log (or two smaller logs), twisting ends to seal. Chill until required.
