Fruity Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    190 g mixed dried fruit
    450 g self-raising flour
    220 g caster sugar
    125 g butter, chopped
    125 ml evaporated milk
    2 None large eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 190\u00b0C/170\u00b0C fan/gas 5. Grease a 12-hole cupcake tin.
    Place fruit in a bowl and pour in 500ml boiling water; stand for 30 mins, drain well. In a large bowl, combine flour and sugar; rub in butter. Stir in fruit and combined milk and eggs.
    Spoon mixture into tin. Bake for 20 mins, or until a skewer comes out clean.
