Tex Mex Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz mini penne pasta, like Barilla
    3/4 cup lime dressing, like Kraft Zesty Lime
    1 tsp Southwest salt-free seasoning, like McCormick Perfect Pinch
    1 None large avocado, diced
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    1 cup canned red beans, rinsed and drained
    1 None yellow pepper, diced
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    1/2 cup sliced black olives
    2 cups shredded lettuce
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Rinse under cold water.
    In a large bowl, combine dressing, seasoning and avocado. Add pasta, tomatoes, beans, yellow pepper, green onion, olives, lettuce, cheese and cilantro. Toss to coat. Season.
