Ingredients

10 oz penne pasta
4 None cooked chicken thighs, skin removed, sliced
1 3/4 cups sour cream
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp English mustard
2 tsp chopped tarragon
1 tsp sliced chives
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, for the sauce, place chicken in a pan with the sour cream, mustards and tarragon. Heat gently 4-5 mins until piping hot. Add the pasta and toss gently to coat in the sauce. Sprinkle with chives to serve.
