Crispy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 lbs potatoes, peeled
    3 tbsp butter, chopped
    1 1/3 cups milk, heated
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Boil, steam or microwave the potatoes until tender. Place them in a bowl or pan, add the butter and hot milk, and mash until smooth. Spoon the mashed potatoes into six individual ovenproof dishes, then bake for 15 mins, until golden and lightly crisp. Serve.
