Fruity French Toast With Berries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, such as raisin bread or challah
    4 None eggs
    1 1/4 cups milk
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter
    3 cups mixed berries
    None None Maple syrup
Preparation
    Arrange slices of bread in a large shallow dish. Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl. Pour over bread; let stand 10 mins, turning bread after 5 mins.
    Melt about 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet on medium heat. Add a single layer of bread slices; cook until golden on both sides. Remove bread to a platter; keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and bread.
    Serve hot with fresh berries and maple syrup.
